La Cupola, is the hotel new restaurant, and is open to both clients staying in the hotel and external clients. The cuisine is a mixture of local and national dishes. The hotel also offers an extensive "American style" buffet breakfast, the price of which is included in the room rate.

The elegant La Cupola restaurant offers a varied menu based on traditional Roman and Italian cuisine. The restaurant is open for lunch from 12:30 until 18:00 and is open for dinner from 19:30 until 22:30. After 23:00 you can enjoy meal in our bar area which offers a reduced selection. The restaurant also has an extensive wine list. Room service is available. Piano bar in the evenings. The American style breakfast buffest offers a wide selection of hot, cold, sweet and savoury dishes with a selection of hot and cold drinks.
