Allegro con brio and Crystal Room restaurants

Allegro con brio is a symphony of Italian flavours in elegant surroundings where you can enjoy our seasonal Italian dishes and fine wines. A selection of starters is available such as fresh sea scallops in the shell, coated with lime leaves and glazed with ginger and vegetables. A large selection of pastas such as cavatelli with broaded beans, clams and cherry tomato sauce or cannelloni filled with artichoke on a bed of tomato sauce topped with shaves of black truffle. Main course traditional dishes such as fillet of lamb marinated with herbs crust, braised Savoy cabbage and roasted potatoes.
The recently refurbished Crystal room restaurant provides full continental and English breakfast and carvery style lunches and dinners; carvery meals are composed of soup of the day and selection of hors d'oeuvres buffet to start with, two roast meats and one fish and one meat choices in casserole; in addition one vegetarian and one pasta option with a selection of vegetables. Home made desserts to finish off.
